"We work on a regular basis with Human Resources professionals to develop programs that meet their companies' needs," said Debbie Barnard, Director of inlingua's Charlotte office. inlingua can develop and organize a client program in about 5-7 business days. BeneFx, a comprehensive employee benefits company, is pleased to announce that as a result of a new strategic investor the Company has materialized into a majority women-owned business. BeneFx’s new ownership mix adds to the estimated 6.2 million majority-owned, privately-held, woman-owned firms in the United States; a category that, according to the National Association of Women Business Owners, employs 9.2 million people and generates $1.15 trillion in sales.
“Joining the ranks of majority woman-owned firms, America’s fastest growing business category, helps us define and differentiate our mission and customer service philosophy,” stated Craig Nunn, Co-founder and President of BeneFx, Inc. “We specialize in servicing small- and mid-size companies with entrepreneurial drive that are increasingly also woman-owned businesses. We know that their [human resource] needs, and certainly their expectations, are not different from their larger competitors. However, their needs are unique – and we are there to meet them.”
“Since 1987, the number of women-owned firms in the U.S. has doubled, employment has increased four-fold, and their revenues have risen five-fold. We are looking forward to growing our reach as a result of this strategic investment,” concluded Nunn.
